Workshop series Vinyasa Sequencing Workshops - The Art of Sequencing This Workshop is a part of a Teacher Training Series. However, it can be reserved separately for continuing education workshops. Who do I offer this Teacher Training to? This weekend workshop is for teachers who have been studying different styles of yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda or other styles) where they work with different routines. Vinyasa Yoga teachers who would like to have new inspiration for their regular techniques of sequencing. Students with solid and disciplined self-practice who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of how a Vinyasa Yoga class is structured. How are these series works? During the weekend workshops, we will focus on building sequences through separate topics and learning principles of sequencing as described above. What Materials are provided? Yoga mats, blocks and yoga belts A handbook with sequencing principles Samples of the sequences on different topics Recommended reading list Access to my video library Access to my Udemy series You can reach out to me with your questions. A Q&A Zoom Call for all your questions will be organised shortly What will you receive? In case you are not yet a Yoga teacher, you will receive a certificate of attendance. In case you are a yoga teacher visiting the weekend workshop, you will receive a 20 Hour certificate. For the 100-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course, you shall assist all the courses during the weekend. Upon the completion of your courses, you will receive a 100-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Certification Structure of the Teacher Training Course Standing Balance Flow: October 8th and 9th, 2022 Hip Opening Flow: November 12th and 13th, 2022 Energizing Backbend Flow: December 10th and 11th, 2022 Creative Core Flow (Incorporate Pilates Movements): January 14th 15th, 2023 Arm Balance Flow: February 11th and 12th, 2023 Location​ ​ The Teacher Training will be held in our Studio at Avenue de la Chasses 172, Brussels.
